Selling this small 2-seater sofa because I'm a tall guy and now I have a bigger one. Almost never used. Installed by the landlord brand new and still in perfect condition. Casters still in packaging. Instructions included for installing the casters. Landlord said the sofa had been pre-treated with a protective product to extend its longevity.
